I'M KEITH

I joined Roblox in 2008 as employee #7 and left a decade later as CPO and CTO, after we'd grown to hundreds of people and a platform used by tens of millions. What I learned there is the foundation of everything I do now: great teams don't happen by accident — they're built, through who you hire, promote, tolerate, and coach out.
Today I advise startup leaders across AI, gaming, creator platforms, and beyond, and work pro bono with schools and non-profits, where the same principles translate.
